03/06/08 NVT ConnectInclarity Ltd has entered into an agreement with NVT Group. Under the terms of the agreement, NVT Group will provide Inclarity’s hosted VoIP solution to the Scottish market.
01/02/08 Success at FlameThe acquisition represents an exciting opportunity for the Group to expand their IT solution services into such areas as web design and development, multimedia and audio and visual production.
08/11/05 Wisdom IT Joins NVT
The assets of Wisdom IT Holdings Ltd have been acquired by NVT Computing Ltd as of November 2005. This creates an independent IT Services company employing over 80 people and generating revenues in excess of £8M.
